Mr. Manzano was born in Santa Clara, California, but was raised in the Rio Grande Valley. He attended the University of Texas-Pan American (currently known as the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley). He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Mr. Manzano subsequently attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX and graduated in 2017.
Mr. Manzano first began his foray into immigration law in the year 2015 when he began working for the Law Office of Manuel Solis as a law clerk fresh out of his first year of law school. At the time he assisted with the Waiver Department, drafting I-601A waivers for individuals who were attempting to adjust their status in the United States without having to travel abroad to their home country. Upon graduation, Mr. Manzano was offered a full-time position at the Law Office of Manuel Solis which he gladly accepted. Currently, he works in the deport department focusing on removal defense. He also specializes in Federal Lawsuits specifically dealing with the Administrative Procedure Act, for those individuals who have been caught in bureaucratic red-tape and wish to provoke the government into action.
