Mr. Manzano was born in Santa Clara, California, but grew up in the Rio Grande Valley. He attended the University of Texas Pan American (now known as the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley). He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Mr. Manzano subsequently attended the South Texas Law College in Houston, TX and graduated in 2017.
Mr. Manzano began his foray into immigration law in 2015 when he began working for the legal office of Manuel Solís as a legal assistant fresh out of his first year in law school. At the time he collaborated with the exemption department, he drafted I-601A exemptions for people trying to adjust their status in the United States without having to travel abroad to their country of origin. After graduation, Mr. Manzano was offered a full-time position in the Law Office of Manuel Solís, which he gladly accepted. He currently works in the deportation department concentrating on deportation defenses. It also specializes in Federal Demands that deal specifically with the Administrative Procedure Law, for those people who have been trapped in bureaucracy and wish to provoke the government into action.
