There are several types of bonds (e.g., Delivery Bond, Voluntary Departure Bond). The amount is set by an ICE Officer or an Immigration Judge. Payment must be made in cash or money order at an authorized ERO field office.

Vital Information:
- Delivery Bond: Ensures the detainee will appear at all hearings.
- Payment: 100% of the amount must be paid, which is refundable if all conditions are met.
